Progress lost

I have played this game for a long while now, completed all the levels and even bought the ghostbusters package. Well after about 2 weeks of not playing I went back to play and all my progress was gone along with my purchase (I was able to restore that) but the game is now making me start from the beginning, other wise Id give it a 5 star.
